    Disappointing, no dolphins

Despite 98% success claim, no dolphins seen and hadn't been any all week. They offered to refund ticket before boarding, though. Not even any shrimp boats out on our cruise.

    Rip off

I've been on multiple dolphin cruises and have always seen new things. We were on the boat with multiple bored to death children and never saw one dolphin, any interesting wild life or ocean views. A staff member on the boat admitted that the shrimp boat that usually goes out with the dolphin boat (for obvious reason) was broken down. This sounds to me that they could have easily predicted that no dolphins would be spotted since half of their normal running routine was out of order. Knowing this, they still charged full price for our group of 10 people, making 250 dollars off of us to drag us around in the heat for 2 hours. Horrible experience. My kids never want to get on another boat.

    No Dolphins!!!

The boat ride was cool but I signed up for dolphins. Crew knew that shrimp boats would not be going out thereby reducing the chances of seeing dolphins and didnt say anything up front. I felt like it was a bait and switch.

Great ride but no dolphins-shrimp boat broken

The ride was excellent. I regret that the shrimp boat was broken so we did not see any dolphins. We loved the waves.
