Best Food We Had In New Orleans

This truly was an awesome experience. Our instructor Ms. Pat was great, she gave an excellent and entertaining history of New Orleans food, then she explained everything in detail as she was cooking. The food was excellent and the best gumbo, jambalaya, bread pudding and pralines that we had while we were in New Orleans (we went to several restaurants while there but this was by far the best). Would definitely recommend this to everyone visiting New Orleans.
