    I manners no dolphins

I find it weird to ask to pay the staff after I just spend close to $100 bucks for three people to watch water. That’s right we didn’t see dolphins and than we were advised that the staff isn’t paid and we are supposed to tip. I also didn’t quiet understand why I MUST go to the front of the boat to board when I m explicit do not want my picture taken. This ‘procedure’ took forever, the captain advised board customer to find a spot to sit if we don’t want a picture taken but the staff literally pushed me toward the front of the boat though I did not want a picture taken. Overall wouldn’t go on this cruise again

Parking not same price as web

Cruise was great. Parking was advertised at $10 and the not very nice man charged us $20. I informed the ticket booth, they “texted someone” and nothing got resolved. Quite upset about that :(

Saw a lot of dolphins, but not a history cruise

We did see a lot of dolphins, but there was not much else. We were looking forward to hearing about destin since it was our first time to the area, but that was not the case. They also played loud rap music which contained profane language and adult content which was inappropriate for our four young children to hear. There were many other families with young children as well. If you're looking for a loud dance party with occasional dolphin sightings, then this is the place.

    It was just okay

Saw some dolphins. Water was really really rough - entire family got SOAKED and it ruined the rest of our evening. Boat was dirty and soaked. Much more $$$ than all the other dolphin cruises.

    Dolphin tour

There was 1 time on the boat when the boat turned on its side, and I thought we were going to plunge in the water. I then realized I wasn't directed on where a life jacket would be. Honestly, I got to the boat about 5 minutes ahead. So, I don't know if they had already went over that. My son who is 8 yelled, I didn't prepare to die like this. My heart sank because I could see myself in the water. The crew was nice, but my group of 5 was not prepared. We did view dolphins several times, but not as much as we would've like.

Thanks for booking with us and for sharing your experience. Arriving early is certainly important to make sure you find a good spot but also for the safety briefing, so it does sound like you missed that portion. I assure you that this boat is very safe and then captain and crew have safety at their number one priority. If conditions aren't favorable, the captain will just cancel the trip but conditions were good on the day of your trip. There will always be those waves that will rock the boat a bit, so that is normal. I hope you all enjoyed your visit and hope to see you next time! TripShock! Guest Service Manager

    Not much dolphin viewing.

Only saw the fin of a couple of dolphins. Supposedly one on the opposite side from where we were sitting but my seasick tendencies kept me from getting up and walking around on the boat in the wavy water so I didn’t see it. Never found another one. Sunset was pretty though.
