    Lots of broken things

There are more exhibits broken then working, including the survey taking kiosk by the exit, took me 6 tries to actually leave a 2 rating there as well. I grew up going to the mosi in Illinois n was so excited to see you had one here. Totally disappointing adventure though.

Thank you for booking with us and for sharing your comments. We will certainly forward your feedback to them so they can address the issues you describe. MOSI is a very popular attraction for large school groups, so they certainly see some wear and tear on their exhibits and do their absolute best to keep everything in good condition and safe for their visitors. I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed and appreciate you for letting us know. If there is anything else that we can assist with, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
